1. Agreement
By using bloomlight.nawaeurope.com, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website. When the app becomes available, its download and use will also be subject to the applicable App Store terms and license agreement.
“NAWA Europe” is a brand of Thoth Group LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. “We,” “us” and “our” refer to Thoth Group LLC operating that brand, as identified in the Legal Notice. Bloomlight is created by Adel Ramzy. “Bloomlight” means the website, game, content and related services.
2. Pre-release information
Images, storyboards, mechanics, release windows, pricing and technical statements currently describe a planned product. They are not a promise that every depicted feature will appear unchanged in the final release. We will not knowingly advertise functionality that the released product does not provide.
No reservation, preorder, newsletter subscription or payment is currently taken through this website.
3. Eligibility and guardians
The public website can be viewed without an account. If you are not old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept the applicable terms for you. Children should not send personal information to support without a parent or guardian.
4. App license
When released, Bloomlight will be licensed, not sold. Unless a custom end-user license is displayed in the App Store, the app will be governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms supplement that agreement and do not reduce rights provided by mandatory law.
Subject to those terms, users receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on supported Apple-branded devices they own or control, as permitted by the App Store usage rules.
5. Purchases, restoration and refunds
Any full-game unlock or other digital purchase will be described before confirmation and processed by Apple through StoreKit. Apple controls payment processing, taxes charged through the store, receipts and the payment method. The app will provide restoration for restorable purchases where required.
Refund requests for App Store transactions are normally submitted to Apple under Apple’s refund process. Nothing in these terms limits refund, repair, price-reduction, termination, guarantee or other remedies that mandatory consumer law gives you. Prices and availability may vary by territory and will be shown by the App Store before purchase.
6. Acceptable use
You may not:
- use the website or app unlawfully or to harm another person;
- attempt to bypass security, disrupt operation, introduce malicious code or gain unauthorized access;
- cheat, manipulate leaderboard scores or interfere with another player’s use;
- copy, redistribute, sell, sublicense, scrape or commercially exploit protected content except where law or an express license permits;
- reverse engineer or modify the app except where applicable law expressly allows it despite this restriction;
- misrepresent an affiliation with NAWA Europe or use Bloomlight branding to confuse others.
We may take proportionate steps to protect the service, including rejecting fraudulent scores or restricting abusive access, subject to applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
Bloomlight is created by Adel Ramzy. Its original game code, characters, visual design, artwork, text, audio, logos and site presentation are owned by Adel Ramzy or used under an appropriate license and are protected by intellectual-property laws. NAWA Europe is a brand of Thoth Group LLC under which the work is presented. No right is granted except the limited permission to view the website and use a lawfully obtained copy of the game.
Apple, App Store, iPhone, iPad, Game Center and iCloud are trademarks or services of Apple Inc. The website is not sponsored or endorsed by Apple.
8. Apple and external services
The app may use App Store, StoreKit, Game Center, iCloud and Apple diagnostics. Those services are provided under Apple’s own terms and privacy notices, may not be available in every territory, and can be changed by Apple. External links are supplied for convenience; we do not control their content or privacy practices.
9. Availability, updates and changes
We may correct errors, rebalance levels, add accessibility improvements, modify supported devices or update content. Updates may be necessary for security, compatibility or continued operation. We will provide updates required by applicable consumer law.
We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, device limitations, network failures, Apple-service changes or events outside reasonable control can interrupt some features. Offline core gameplay is planned to remain usable without continuous internet access, while purchases, restoration, Game Center and iCloud may require connectivity.
10. Warranties
During pre-release, the website is provided for general information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, it is provided “as available” without a promise that every concept will ship unchanged. Once the game is sold or licensed to consumers, all mandatory statutory guarantees remain fully applicable.
Nothing on the site is professional, legal, financial or medical advice.
11. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.
Subject to that rule, NAWA Europe is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, loss caused by misuse, unsupported devices, unauthorized modification, external services, or failure to follow reasonable instructions. Any limitation is applied only to the extent permitted by the law that applies to the user.
12. Consumer rights
If you are a consumer, these terms do not remove the protections of the country where you habitually reside. EU consumers have mandatory rights concerning conformity, remedies and certain digital content and services. Information about European consumer rights is available from Your Europe.
Consumers may contact the consumer-protection authority available in their jurisdiction. We encourage users to contact support@nawaeurope.com first so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
13. Governing law and disputes
No Romanian establishment or Romanian governing-law assumption is made. The operator is a Delaware limited liability company. Final governing-law, venue and dispute-resolution language will be confirmed before commercial release without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or proceedings available under the law of their habitual residence.
Before commercial release, this section must be reconciled with Thoth Group LLC’s registered address, business operations and App Store territories.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect the released product, law, security or service changes. The effective date will be updated. Material changes affecting existing users will receive reasonable notice where required.
